Full-time secretary/receptionist

Offer: full-time contract with a salary, paid holidays and the opportunity for bonuses/commissions. Also a company phone is included besides the chance to work with one of the Algarve’s most dynamic real estate agents.

 

Work Includes: 

  • Answering all incoming calls;
  • Administrative assistance to the sales team;
  • Scheduling viewings with sales-team, vendors, and buyers;
  • Creation of online & offline presentation of the properties;
  • Creation of the mediation contracts between owners and our company;
  • Being responsible for office environment, including stationary, filing & key management;
  • Receiving & qualifying of walk-in clients;
  • & much more.....

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent Portuguese & English, both spoken and written, are a minimum requirement
  • A third language such as French/Dutch/German etc. would be an advantage.
  • Good computer skills
  • Good administration and organizational skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic person
  • Well presented client facing person

    No previous experience of working in real estate is required as all training will be given.
